Dan Cantor
- Owner and CEO
Dan is a recognized leader in the industry and works to promote fair practices in the trade show industry. He is a Past President of the Exhibit Designers and Producers Association and is a member of the Board of Governors and Treasurer of the Indianapolis Museum of Art. He holds an MBA in finance from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in business from Miami University of Ohio.

Lynne Damer
- Vp / strategy
Lynne has over 25 years experience with Hamilton managing national accounts.
She
is responsible for mentoring the client teams and developing strategic
solutions and brand experiences for our customers. She earned a
bachelor’s of science degree in business management
from Indiana University.
Mindy Baxter
- Vp / Business development
Mindy is an experienced market strategist, directing marketing strategy and creative services for global brands in the U.S. and in Europe. She leads customer, sales and marketing teams to drive customer success and new business growth at Hamilton. She holds a bachelor’s of business administration from Southern Methodist University.

Paula Tinkey
- CPA / CFO
Paula has been with Hamilton since 2002 and is responsible for accounting, treasury management, purchasing, IT, and administration for the company. She is a cum laude graduate of Indiana University with a degree in accounting.

Jason Weddle
- PRODUCTION DIRECTOR
Jason has worked in various aspects of the business in his ten years with Hamilton, from production and logistics to his current position as Director - Production, with responsibility for project management, fabrication, warehousing and logistics. His degree in business management is from Indiana University.
